I went to Budget Brakes on Gallatin road and the manager was very nice to me. He had a very clean waiting area with up to two to date magazines while I waited. He explained what he was going to do before he did it and quoted me a price. He had a good personality and acted like he cared. He also told me about this $50 back program. All in all, im a very busy woman with school, work, and a son. He got me in and out as soon as he could! That matters to me. I will return to Budget Brakes.

A week ago we were hearing some noise when my wife came to stop signs. Since I previously had new brakes and rotors installed at Budget Brakes in Murfreesboro, and had a very good experience there, I took my wife’s car to Budget Brakes and got the noise corrected. They technician did a very through job and we were very pleased. This past week, I took my truck to get checked. The technician Wes found a broken spring, while examining my brakes. He replaced the spring. If he had not found the broken spring, some real damage could have occurred. Again, a very thorough and detailed job by Wes at Budget Brakes in Murfreesboro.

I had a great experience with your team at Nolensville road store; they were very friendly and helped me to fix my truck. Garth and Marc were extremely helpful with aiding me in understanding what was wrong with my truck and how the rotors were below specifications and that my safety was the most important and just putting pads on would not be safe for me to drive. They also informed me about my upper ball joints being dangerous and close to breaking and I have now decided to come back and allow them to fix it. Overall I had a great experience, although it did take longer than they expected there were only two mechanics and four cars in the shop so I can understand the limitations.

I made the decision to use Budget Brakes for my company’s fleet brake needs. After receiving an estimate I approved the repairs, they were performed quickly and at the price quoted. Now for bad news I have had to return the van twice for the rear axle seal leaking. Now the good news, also being in the repair business I understand “things happen” I spoke with Berry each time who kept me informed of the status of my van and also personally performed the last seal installation. With that being said Budget Brakes may not be perfect but it is not for the lack of trying. I will continue to have the brakes repaired and Budget Brakes on my fourteen service vans.

A very positive experience! I knew my brakes needed work, but didn't know how bad it was until John, the manager, took me to the shop floor and showed me. He provided a detailed explanation of the problems with my brakes, the options for repair, and an itemized estimate of cost for each of several options. Trusting his advise, I opted to correct all the problems, front and rear, and was able to apply a !5% discount coupon to reduce the cost. And the work was done quickly; it took about one-half hour to assess the problems, another 15 minutes or so to explain the work needed and to assess my options, and about another hour and 15 minutes to complete the work. Only two hours, and I was back in my car with brakes I can rely on! Thanks Budget Brakes. You'll see me again the next time I need brake service.

I am just writing to let you know that I have been at the Budget Brake Shop in Huntsville Alabama twice in the last year. The staff there is friendly, and knowledgeable. Rich Biggs is a very friendly person, and lets you know exactly how long the wait is. They have taken care of my brake problems in a timely manner, and do a very good job. I went to Bavarian Auto Repairs of Chattanooga where new brakes & rotors were installed on my 2001 BMW 330ci. A noticable steering wheel shimmy developed when braking. Bavarian said my calipers were rusty and $1,800 would cure the problem. I refused, went on line and found Budget Brakes in Chattanooga. Called and talked with Daniel, drove over in a fairly heavy rain and also met Jonathan. Following a test drive & inspection they said the new rotors were warped and that they could be trued for under $70.00. They did the job and checked the calipers which proved to be just fine. I am very grateful for these honest guys and just as angry at the attempted robbery by Bavarian Motors who wanted $1,800. Thank you Budget Brakes for employing honest very knowledgable guys. I,m joining the BMW Club of Chattanooga and will spread the word of the fair and honest professionals, Daniel & Jonathan, at Budget Brakes.
